B.J. Hamrick was born in Savannah, Georgia, in an event which her brother keeps reminding her was completely unnecessary. She spent most of her life in eastern North Carolina, writing manuscripts from the North end of her bed due to an illness. Her fascination with writing began at the age of eight, when she harassed and manipulated 28 pen-pals into writing her on a weekly basis. Over the past few years, B.J. has harassed and manipulated publishers into publishing her work more than 150 times. Now B.J. harasses and manipulates the general public on her personal blog.

~Assistant Editor~

Halee Matthews has been writing since she could hold a pencil, though her spelling has greatly improved since then. Throughout her childhood, she dabbled in poetry and fiction, usually while sitting in her favorite dogwood tree. Over the past several years, Halee has been a staff writer for various newspapers and magazines, and has developed a love for editing. Now she writes fiction, nonfiction, and poetry from the comfort of her couch, with a cup of coffee in her hand.
