Hello, I know I dont know u and really dont know much about you but i was just scrollin down and desided to pick this website for some reason… I live in Texas but just recently moved to another city for school.. Im almost 17 and its been 2 years now that im a christian but 1 year that i’ve actually gave up my life and every minute of it for his glory… he’s saved me and i feel thats the least i can do! Going to school here is a struggle in my walk of faith because there are so much none believers here.. i know im here 4 a reason -not only education but to talk about christ and how he can save them to! It getz harder everyday so im asking if you can please pray for me and this school which has so much negativity. Thank you for your time.. May God continue to bless you.. Take care.. Guadalupe S., 17
We get tons of e-mails and behind-the-scenes comments from teens here at RTF. I want to start sharing some of them with you, some of the 100 to 200 teens who visit this site every day. I’m not going to edit them or try to make them perfect (though I’ll not use any personal details like last name or where you live). I just want the heart of what teens are saying to be out there.
Will you pray with me for Guadalupe and his school right now? Put it all down for one minute and let’s join together and pray that God will help him in his faith walk, and that Christ will rock this school with God’s love and presence and revival.

My daughter has been cutting off and on when she gets stressed since she was 11 and she is now 13. I have got her counseling and the counselor said she is fine. I have tried to talk to her and she says I don’t know how to say what I feel. She will hide it and deny it when you see a cut. When things are really bad though you will see 6-8 cuts in a row on the under side of her arm by her arm pit.We just got a call from the counselor at school to say that she is cutting again. She needs help but she isn’t asking for help. Do you have any good articles that my husband and I can read? (more…)

Pick her up, God
by Brooke Giddens
She thinks she’s cool doing drugs and partying every night
My only prayer is that she will one day see the light
she hides under her make up and black hair
Somedays I wonder if she even really cares
She seems so happy with such and awful life,
But sometimes I wonder if she thinks of death by knife
She says she used to cut herself, but she stopped this year.
Her stories pain me and nearly bring me to tears.
I want to say, “Why Lord have you given me so many blessings?
When this girl has nothing.
I invite her to church, but she doesn’t want to come.
She says last time she went the congregation all made fun,

Campus Life’s Ignite Your Faith
Cupid Sets the Record Straight
By Cupidss as told to Todd Hertz
Excerpt of article:
Greetings! Allow me to introduce myself: I’m Cupid, that little flying baby you see all over the place every February. Yes, that guy. I know, you get sick of seeing me. If you’re not dating anyone, seeing my face makes you cringe. If you are, my image pressures you to buy that perfect lovey-dovey card/ flower bouquet/box of candy. But really, that’s just my marketing team. That’s not how I want to be known.

The Book? Secrets About Guys - that shouldn’t be so secret!
The Author? Grace Dove
The Publisher? Standard Publishing
One “Secret” found in the book: Guys don’t depend upon relationships with girls for their identity or fulfillment.
Today we are interviewing Grace Dove, author of the book “Secrets About Guys (that shouldn’t be so secret)”.
Suzie: Grace, thanks for hanging out at RTF. Let’s get started. You grew up with three sisters, four brothers, and you married and raised three sons. Sounds like you have spent a lot of time with guys. Is it safe to say you are an expert on them? (more…)

All Alone?
By Lydia Rule, RTF Staff Writer
Daniel… the name echoes down the Hall of Faith-filled Heroes. He was the young boy who kept his faith in a strange country, the prophet and wise man who interpreted dreams, the man who spent a night with lions and lived to tell about it.
When we think of Daniel, the Sunday school picture of him kneeling alone in prayer pops into our minds. Hey, we can even imagine a halo hanging over his head and heavenly light streaming down on top of his solitary figure. (more…)
