You could say Franklin’s Rebecca St. James has done pretty well for herself as a Christian rock singer.
She’s earned Grammy and Dove awards and gold-certified records, and routinely lands on the cover of market mouthpiece CCM Magazine.
But you could say she’s done OK as a Christian author, too, becoming a market trendsetter with best-selling, teen-focused devotional books. She’s also done some acting, playing modern-day Mary Magdalene Maggie in the rock opera !Hero. She has been a spokeswoman, speaker, host and missionary.
